It is a great honor to receive the "NTT DATA RPA Partner AWARD 2020-2021" Global Award.

Starting with the first introduction of WinActor® in Brazil by the NTTD Data Group, we will continue to actively expand its usage in the region to support business efficiency and cost reduction at Japanese companies in the Latin America region, and also non-Japanese global and local companies for which we can assure competitive outcomes by implementing the solution.

Our strength is that we provide end-to-end services from consulting to development and maintenance services. During the assessment of business processes at each customer, the business process is quantitatively and qualitatively assessed, and prioritization is performed based on cost effectiveness, organizational / business impact, urgency, etc. using KPI evaluation tools defined based on our solid experience. It leads to effective development and introduction of robots at the workplace. Even after implementation, we offer maintenance services that quickly respond to customers' problems, as well as providing dedicated support to our customers by running a continuous improvement cycle on their processes.

Going forward, we will continue to incorporate new IT technologies such as IoT, AI, and big data etc. to accelerate the promotion of DX by our proximity to our customers. Thank you very much for your kind support.
