Please DO NOT clear your license unless you are advised to do so
We’ve been frequently informed the incident that users simply clear the license for recovering from error (invalid license).
Once you clear the license, you will not be able to register a license until a license is re-issued, i.e. you cannot use WinActor/Office Robot.
If you receive error for invalid license, please contact the support desk right away and do not clear your license until the support desk advises you to do so.
Please note that this notification also requires you to draw the attention of your end customers.
